GL Security rules in Payables

Is it possible to use Key Flexfield Segment security rules to restrict access in Payables in 11.5.10?

We have existing security rules which restrict the cost centres which can be viewed in GL when assigned to a responsibility.  Can the same rules be used to, for example, only show invoices with distributions allocated to the cost centres defined in the rules?
