upgrade patch driver (6678700) failing at pechktsk.sql

Apps 11.5.10.2
Upgading to R12.1.1 with patch 6678700

file pechktsk.sql on worker 1
and when i view worker001.log i found:

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/oracle/TEST/apps/apps_st/appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/pechktsk.sql
DECLARE
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00979: not a GROUP BY expression
ORA-06512: at line 38

Customer tried to apply patch 9716146 as document ID=1083981. but it didn't applied scussefuly as it raise an error that this patch for 12.0.0 and their application release is 11.5.10.2
