Order Line in Order Management Not Populating Pricing UOM causing the errors to fail in

Order lines on Orders are not populating Pricing UOM, occuring with the Retail and Customer specific price lists.   The Inventory UOM is populating, the items exist on the Retail price list with Pricing UOM, but when the item is added to an Order the Pricing UOM not populating causing a failure during the  the OM Workflow activity of create customer price list an error occured.  The error on the line of the order says "Price List Line Error", when reveiwing the details of the error it is saying error in price list line API, 7213514_USD_INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT NETWORK LLC, line
