ORA-12152: TNS: Could not resolve the connect identifier specified

 Hi,I have 3 Windows based servers. 

One has Oracle Database 10g, the Second has Oracle Database 11.1.0.6 and the Third has Oracle Database 11.2.0.

The First two were installed couple of years back and the Third one was installed very recently.

I was required to Connect Remote Databases and I found the following:

From Server with Oracle Database 11.2.0, I could connect remotely to both the Databases (11.1.0.6) and 10g without any errors.

From Server with Oracle Database 11.1.0.6, When I tried to connect remotely to Oracle Database 11.2.0 or to Oracle Database 10g, I am getting error "ORA-12152: TNS: Could not resolve the connect identifier specified"
