Exposing Siebel view in external application

Hello All,I am not sure if this is the right forum to pose this question.

We would like to expose Siebel Quote/Order views and Siebel Configurator in a web-based external application. Kindly let us know if there are APIs available to do this sort of thing. Is the UI Data Adapter suited for this sort of thing? If not, can Siebel Open UI support this kind of configuration? Please advise.
