Error APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option FND_INDICATOR_COLORS in routine &ROUTINE

Hi,

1. We are facing an error APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option FND_INDICATOR_COLORS in routine &ROUTINE when buyer saves the charge account after making the necessary changes.

2. We are using IProcurement for creating PR's and buyer enters the price and checks the charge account and other details.

As we are facing this as current issue user's are not able to proceed further for PR creation and approval.

So, help me out in solving this issue.

The oracle version we are using is 12.0.4
