Change server time for Redhat Linux how it effect to Oracle database

Dear All,
My production server time late from actual time for 4 hours and it was running from past five years but now some new users confused with this..

can we change correct  time for the Oracle server EBS11i and is it any problem will occures for database or application or transaction etc..
Please tell me how it works after change the time in OS level it will effect works fine or not please conform or suggest because it is PRODUCTION database..

And Linux version is RedHat Linux 4 and EBS is 11.5.10.2 ,database 9.2.0.6..
