wbem service is not listening port 5988

Dear All, 

We have one of Solaris X86 server. The port 5988 is not even showing when I give netstat -an even though wbem service online. When I restarted the wbem service the port 5988 was listed and it was listening also after some time the port got disappeared even the service is online.

Please advice
