New SAN and my queries runs 10-50% SLOWER

We have migrated our DW (test) to our new SAN.

On the old SAN I ran five queries and I have done the same (flushed the shared pool in between) on the new SAN.

Only one query gets a new plan and that query runs about 10% slower in the new environment. The other four runs 25-50% slower.

I know its hard for you guys to come up with anything (as many things can affect the queries in the new environment). It can take some time for the new SAN to tier in Oracle for example. But the results are so bad I would like to se if anybody have some ideas.
