enterprise manager stopped working !!!!!!!!

hi all,

this is my first time here,, I hope you can help me..

I have oracle database 11.2.0.1 on hp ux-itanium (live and test enviroment).. my enterprise manager stopped working suddenly after alot of searcehs it seems it's a bug and I needed to install new patch. we were already planning to upgrade to 11.2.0.3 so I did on test enviroment but that didn't help I even tried to drop the repository but it failed with the following errors:

ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_AQADM", line 240
ORA-06512: at line 1
Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/ sid/SID/trace/SID_ora_29333.trc:
