LDAP Base Dn

Our administrator is relcutant to create contractors and temporary users under Base Dn of ldap directory.

Can we create these users in other than Base Dn.  Can Siebel be able to search in sub Dn? These contractors and temprory users would be there in Siebel Application.

  If yes, Can I give two values for Base Dn -- One for employees Base Dn and other for Temporary staff Base Dn
