sga_target and pga_aggregate_target or memory_target ?

Hi,

is it preferable to use the parameters sga_target and pga_aggregate_target rather than memory_target?

The version oracle is:
Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3 .0 - 64bit Production
Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard
