Hi,
while running American English upgrade patch driver (6678700), file amwcriteriatemplate.ldt failed on worker 4 and worker004.log show the following:

FNDLOAD APPS/***** 0 Y UPLOAD @EGO:patch/115/import/egocriteriatemplate.lct @AMW:patch/115/import/US/amwcriteriatemplate.ldt -
Connecting to APPS......Connected successfully.
Calling FNDLOAD function.
Returned from FNDLOAD function.
Log file: /oracle/TEST/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/TEST/log/US_amwcriteriatemplate_ldt.log
Error calling FNDLOAD function.


the file US_amwcriteriatemplate_ldt.log shows ;
