JDE 9.1 process flows

hi

When I log in to 9.1, then I go to any Tab (for example Order to Cash). Then, I see the process flow. If I click on Process box (for example create sales order) then I directly go to the application (for example P4210).

now, I think, in this case, P4210 application's version ZJDE0001 will open. I have two questions:

1. Can I assign different versions to this flow

2. Can I create different flows for different roles? (For example, the user creating the SO order will have to access different process that the user creating S4 orders)

hope you got my question. please ask in case you want me to attach print screens along with questions.
