Add 1 more Private Interconnect to the RAC 2-node for Redundant Interconnect

Hi,
I already had 11gR2 - 11.2.0.3 RAC 2-node and database setup with 1 Private interconnect.

How do I add 1 more Private Interconnect to the RAC 2-node for Redundant Interconnect ?.

Doc ID 1210883.1 only explain and does NOT show steps how to add 1 or more Private Interconnects.

I searched on MetaLink - My Support and did NOT find any relevant info.

Can someone point me to the correct Doc ?.
