Integrating Ebs HR employee information with Peoplesoft Student Financials

Hi
I would like to know what is the best way to share employee information entered in Ebs HRMS (R12) with Peoplesoft Student Financials (9). I need to enter teacher staff as employees in HRMS and interface this information to peoplesoft campus.

Is there any standard way to do this?

Do I need to develop this interface?
