Web Adi for Oracle Time and Labour

In our business Scenario a Time keeper has to enter the time sheet on the behalf of all his employee. We require to have Web Adi for the same.  There is some Seeded Web Adi available in the system.

It will be a great help if some one can help us to enable this functionality. I want to know the name of the submenu which I can attach with Oracle Time and labour. Besides that I also want to know the setup and profile option require to enable Time keeper functionality.
