The following pages/sections on Oracle Enterprise Manager are not populating: "Automatic SQL Tuning

Resource intensive SQL is killing my application running on an Oracle 11g database (11.2.0.3).

I am able to manually identify such SQL statements and apply SQL profiles via SQL Advisor.

However, it would appear that the SQL Advisor is not populating the "Automatic SQL Tuning Summary" via the nightly scheduled job in the maintenance window. 

Consequently, SQL profiles are not generated and they are not automatically applied as anticpated. 

I am running Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control 10.2.0.5.

In addition, the "Diagnostic Summary" on the homepage is also not working!

Kindly advise.
