Installed base item search on an Attribute field

Hi,

Is it possible to search an Item instance on an Attribute field? I added an entry to CSI_IEA_CATEGORY lookup (say attribute2), then in Item Instances screen, added 2 new searchable fields called Attribute Name and Attribute Value. However Attribute Name LOV doesn't return any value.

We are on 12.1.3, 11g db
