API Replacement for Concurrent Programs

Hello,
This is on 11.5.10.2.

Oracle has a standard concurrent program - Trip Stop - SRS.

Is there a substitute API for the same?  If  so, I would like to use that in my custom development instead of calling this concurrent program.

Please advise.
