Timezone change in Libya,tzupdater

 Hi Community,
 
  Libyan government  decided to change the timezone from EET(GMT +2)  to CET(CET +1) recently, for the Solaris part we figure out how to change it for the time been,But the JAVA it's using it's own timezone database(Olson), we like to know how to modify the timezone of Libya in JAVA timezone database(Olson)..
