Hi Rohit :Welcome to the new EBS Patching community.
This thread will address your following issue

R12.1.1 upgrade driver failed on GMIG3MIB.sql even we have appiled the patch 13397299:R12.INV.B and merge with
the upgrade driver.

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/app/qeoltp12/applmgr/QEOLTP12/apps/apps_st/appl/gmi/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/GMIG3MIB.sql
