Invoice Printing - Can it be suppressed so only a specific value will print based on the combined va

Good day.

I've got a client who wishes to suppress printing of invoices for any client on the condition where only print when the combined value of all invoices is over $10.00.

I'm guessing this might be possible through special configuration.    IF that is true and there is more than one client using AR - would this affect other clients who want all invoces printed no matter the value.
