memory problems

Database 10g, windows 2003.

I have researched and have found it to memory problem.
And I have two options:
1) buffer overflow
2) memory error (physical)

Send the following information, if anyone has any opinion important to define the problem, I would appreciate your participation. thanks

When you launch an export of the database was not performed correctly and in my alert file is the following:
