Sending outlook email with Voting Button from Siebel

Hi,

Is it possible to send an outbound email from Siebel with outlook's voting button. I am interested to implement a functionality where approvers can approve the quote from email notification itself instead of logging into the system and getting to Approvals.

Based on response of email, we can change the status of quote or approval record. Please let me know if this is feasible.
