iProcurement new feature: Choose a Favorite Charge Account to Override your Default Charge Account

The new feature for iProcurement Favorite Charge Accounts (check box to Override Employee Charge Account) is not appearing in the iProcurement preferences (Favorite Charge Accounts section) in an instance patched with this new rollup.

Are there any other prerequisities for this functionality?
