Packing at WIP job completion for MTS items

Hi Gurus

I have two scenarios for wms packing/containerization

1.How to setup of the returnable containers in oracle wms?

2. In my org, the last operation is Packing for FG in WIP job. How can i invoke packing workbench for MTS items which are packed and stored?. The system should suggegst optimized packaging/containerization based on the container and content relationship?

Any thoughts will be appriciated
