Forecast PM WO failed to suggest WO when the meter reading exceeds the interval

Hi

The forecast program and generate wo program didn´t generate or suggest any work order when the meter readings exceeds the interval entered in the schedule definition.

My setup was the one suggested by oracle.

1.       1. I have created a meter with value change of absolute, value change ascending, number of past readings 999999, rate per day of 1 and initial reading of 0.

2.       2. Setup of rule based schedule definition, schedule options of base meter with reading of 0 and a base interval of 5000.

3.        3. Implement from Horizon start date was unchecked

4.       4. I have entered a meter reading for the asset in mass meter readings html page of 6000.
