Can no longer connect to OEM webinterface

Hello,
For two weeks I can no longer connect to the OEM webInterface (error msg 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage') whereas it was working fine before.
- I've stopped my dbconsole and ensure that there were no remaining processes
- /usr/ucb/ps -axuww | grep emagent
- /usr/ucb/ps -axuww | grep DEMS
- My dbconsole is now started and the agent is running (see agent status below).
- The status of users 'SYSMAN' & 'DBSNMP' is 'OPEN' - I could successfully connect as 'SYSMAN' or 'DBSNMP' via sqlplus.
- The Firewall does NOT block the communication (I can clearly see in FW logs that the access request is accepted by the Firewall).
