Password to enter into the Personlization

 Hi Experts Hope you all ok ... we have found most of our user to enter into the personlization in various forms therefore now we have decided to manage a setting so that we can put the password on the personlization ..... so that specific people could have the acess to enter into the personlization .... plz tell me is it possible and if so how ???
