R12.1.3 customization : adpatch does not read ad_files table for flagged files

Hi,

 adpatch does not read ad_files table for flagged files

We are on R12.1.3
we use customization and we used registered flag in OAM page
We apply patch ( without test mode ) and we expect the alert to be shown

but nothing indicating that the patch is providing files that have been customized.
