Move Order Approval setting up the planner

 Hi All, I am currently working on move order approval setup  process. I have already set up the planners and all inventory parameters. 
 However when i am going to update the planner in the item attribute level error comes as list of values contains no entries.Does anyone have the answer appreciate your comment.
