Multi Payment Template

Dear All,

I would like to know if its applicable to use more than one template when perform a payment.

In Details:

User A, B and C when they perform a payment the (Format Payment Instructions) request show the output as  template  Stan_Payment.rtf

We need also to create another template (abcd_template) so User X, Y and Z  when they perform a payment the (Format Payment Instructions) request show the output as  abcd_template.rtf
