After upgrading forms/reports OracleAS all reports fail with error: ERR REP-0069 java.lang.Unsatisfi

Hi all,

I'm working on a Upgrade Project from R12.0.6 to R12.1.3. This is the 2nd run. Evrerything was fine during the first run so we just follow the same procédure for the 2nd run

As part of the upgrade there are mandatory steps to upgrade techno stack. However, after applying upgrade OracleAS 10g Forms and Reports ORACLE_HOME following note 437878.1 and upgrading JDK to 1.6.0 with Note Using Latest Java 6.0 Update With Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 [ID 455492.1], we are getting a report error each time we submit a report. Same error also if we submit the report directly on Unix application tier as:
