Open Procurement Workflows during Upgrade From 11.5.10 to 12.1.3

Hi,

My client is currently upgrading thier EBusiness suite from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3 & has a number of 'open' workflows in relation to Requisitions & Purchase Orders.  I am trying to understand whether having these workflows open will cause problems during the upgrade.

The client has undertaken an exercise to close & or reject the workflows but some still remian open - has anyone had experience of upgrading to 12.1.3 with open workflows or can anyone advise the best course of action.
