Can I rebalance ASM Disk Group with the different disk sizes?

 Can I rebalance ASM with the different disk sizes?
I have 4 disks (140GB) to use Normal redundancy. I would like to swap each disk with New Disk size (eg. 500GB) and then rebalance.

Can I do it? and What kind of the problem am I supposed to concern?

Step1:
DISK1 = 140GB
DISK2 = 140GB
DISK3 = 140GB
DISK4 = 140GB

Step2:
DISK1 = (pull out)
DISK2 = 140GB
DISK3 = 140GB
DISK4 = 140GB

Step3: (push new disk and rebalance )
DISK1 = 500GB
DISK2 = 140GB
DISK3 = 140GB
DISK4 = 140GB

Step4: go to step 1
