Patch 4001448 - Turkish - 11i-HRI: Several Forms Failed to Generate

I'm patching the E-Business Suite Release 11.5.10 for Extended Support.
(Patch Requirements for Extended Support of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 11.5.10 [Article ID 883202.1] )

I completed section 1 of Article ID 883202.1.
I started the Section 2: Products Requiring Additional Patches of Note 883202.1.

I applied the HR Intelligence patch (4001448) for SOLARIS without problem.
I took the error while applying HR Intelligence patch (4001448) for TURKISH language in the Human Resources module.

The adpatch log files has been uploaded. (u4001448_TR.log)

An error occurred while the generating Oracle Forms objects.

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
