Problem with OMSAdmin

Hi all!
Please, help me solving my problem.
I had omsadmin in OSM working well, but then i changed my user to another one. On another account omsadmin doesnt want to start due to libraries lack. And when i go back it starts complaining on another issues.
So, now i dont have working omsadmin (I should work on new account).
I even tried to reinstall omsadmin software with setup from e-delivery. It steel asks for libraries (for example, oraoledbpus11.dll)
