Maintenance UserWorkbech / assign person to operations

Hello,

Do you now a way to set a Resource and Employee to ALL operations in a WO?

I want to use Maintenance UserWorkbech responsability, and I just see the operations that are assigned to me. In many cases, many activities has more than 100 operations, so, I  can-t go trouhgt all the 100 operations setting the person!!!

I would like to add person, for example, in the first operation, and see all WO in that responsablity.
