Patch 13979374 Caused MSC_DEMANTRA_PKG to be Invalid

VPC Team member opened this thread for the customer.

MSC_DEMANTRA_PKG got invalid while applying 13979374, we have tried manually compiling but still its invalid, can we ignore this as we do not use Dematra, please help as we are in cut over.
