While installing patch 14614795 with opatch on 10.1.2 on IBM AIX 6.1 getting mutiple warning and er

While appling patch 14614795 on Oracle_home 10.1.2 with opatch getting the warning below? Any solutions?

Also strange to see the double //  in this command          cd /d11/oracle/TEST/apps/tech_st/10.1.2//forms/lib32

ld: 0706-006 Cannot find or open library file: -l jvm
