CPU Patch Questions - note 1486535.1

 Hi,

I am reviewing CPU patch Note for October 2012 for an EBusiness Suite 12.1.3 environment and have a query concerning the patches required for the 10.1.2 Tools OH. The base Document - Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 11i and 12 Critical Patch Update Knowledge Document (October 2012) [ID 1486535.1] points me to the October 2011 CPU note for the latest CPU patches available for this OH as we are on version 10.1.2.3.
My query is concerning two of the patches in this note:

JInitiatorF Patch CPU Patch 5882294 - as this is a 12.1.3 EBusiness Suite environment Jinitiator is not in use - therefore is this patch required?
