Patches for Report Manager

Apps 11.5.10.2
We want to get rid of ADI client version which is no longer compatible with Window 7 OS.
We need to implement Report manager to handle all FSG reports. I found three patches:
1. 5377946 - FSG drilldown
2. 5477625 - Security
3. 6884665 - Maintain repository program
ALso, we need to apply 9626922 for budget wizard. Please confirm if these patches are still current. Is there a Metalink note to list all required patches? Please let me know if there are any helpful links or notes
