Storage Pool Redundancy and Failure Recovery

We have a 2 node cluster of Sun 7320's.  I'm getting ready to do some failover testing before we move this into production and I'm not quite certain what to expect in a disk shelf failure situation.
Our storage pool is configured as triple mirrored with the NSPF option enabled.  My understanding is that this will protect our data in the event of an entire disk shelf failure or gross administrative misconduct (i.e.  one of the disk shelves is unplugged from both storage controllers).

My question is how will the system react to the failure of an entire disk shelf?  What alerts should I expect to be generated?  What is the recovery procedure for this?  Do you just plug the disk shelf back in and everything is ok?

Howdy, Stranger!
