Unable to Dispatch Ad Hoc Contracts

Anyone know if Ad Hoc Contracts in PeopleSoft 9.0 Supplier Contracts can be set to Status = Dispatched when using the 'Send to Contacts' button? It works fine for Procurement Contracts but can't get Ad Hoc i.e. NDA's to go to Dispatched (and ultimately Executed). If the functionality does exist, where would it be configured? Thanks!
