Change line description on a PO without reapproving

Version 12.1.3

Hi all,

Can the line description on a PO be changed without requiring reapproval of the PO?  If so, how do you do the set up? This is for free form PO lines, not defined items. 

For both forms and Buyer's Workcenter.
