Setting Report Parameter Defaults

My company is on EBS 11.5.10.2 and the business users are asking if it is possible to default certain parameters to eliminate the mouse clicks each time a given report is run.  Specifically,

Submission Parameters: Period & Currency - Can these be set to "current period" and USD?

Primary Parameters: Default Template

Storage Location: Default a storage folder
