Grid Infrastructure - host name change

 Hello there,
Does anyone know if there is an good way to modify the hostnames and IP addresses associated with the nodes in a RAC? We need to move a handful of RAC clusters from one location in the datacenter to an other and that would require changing the hostnames and IP addresses for the public NICs (including the SCAN and VIP addresses).

Appreciate the assistance.
