Action :Change, Seq:30, Resource code:IPT203F-SM, Usage:40, Inverse:.025

3.wip>discrete job>discrete job>query out the job with same assembly and status with unreleased.
Job:63791, Status:Unreleased.
Routing revision: 0, The routing revision should be defaulted as revision 1 which changed in above ECO.
