How Do I "Deactivate" a Campaign In Progress?

Hello

We have a Campaign In Progress with three Programs and I need to Deactivate them. For some reason the Deactivate button at the Program Header level is greyed out. I can see under Job Status that the Jobs are Scheduled but again I can't cancel them.

The next email is due out Tuesday 13 Nov, 2012 (Monday USA time) and I need to get them cancelled.

Any ideas?
